Richmond police raced to the 1500 block of Alaska Drive at about 6:45 a.m. on Monday, November 7, following reports of a dog attack. Moberly Police arrived at the scene in the early hours of Thursday morning after receiving a call from the dog’s owner claiming her daughter stole the dog and killed it.
