While Chelsea’s attack has been absolutely brilliant in this season’s first five games, the defence has not been at its best every weekend. Chelsea currently have their academy players in both the attacking and defensive areas of the pitch, with Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori breaking into the first team this season. It is also the result of the transfer ban that the Londoners were hit with over the summer window....

Beverlie Seltzer, who was employed by the Acme store in Doylestown, claimed the multi-million dollar slip was hers. But a court ruled that the ticket—which it said was printed by mistake—was the store’s property. State judge Mary Jane Bowes wrote that Seltzer only found the winning ticket when she reported for work on March 21, 2019, after the lottery numbers had been announced. She said Seltzer ran a new lottery ticket through the till, paying $10, but took the winning slip instead and claimed it as her own....

Donna Selvey was sentenced to 20 weeks in prison for the assault at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court last week, West Midlands Police said in a news release. Selvey had been in custody in Oldbury, West Midlands on March 29 for breaching a previous court order when the incident occurred, according to the police force. The woman, 22-year-old Valerie Rosario, is now in custody and faces charges of kidnapping and attempted murder, reported Syracuse.com. According to the New York Post, Rosario allegedly invited the victim—a 24-year-old man whose name has not been released—to an apartment in the Bronx on February 7. Shortly after he arrived at 1 a.m., three men “barged into the apartment” and one started “pistol-whipping” the victim. Rosario and the three men then stripped the victim, “placed him in a bathtub, poured flammable substances on him, and burned him with a flame,” said The Post....
